7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, designs, and systems used by Cheftal are owned by or licensed to Cheftal and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any portion without prior written permission.

8. Subscriptions & Payments (If Applicable)

If Cheftal offers paid features:

• Fees are billed in advance
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• Refunds are subject to Apple App Store or Google Play policies
